Brian Hoynowski is the Chief Executive Officer and managing member of INV Tech Services, LLC. He founded the Company in June 2018. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hoynowski served as lead project and business development manager for Tayva Technology Group & PI Direct Link, two companies focused on solutions for Law Enforcement, Investigators & Private Corporations. He has extensive experience in start-to-finish project management, scheduling, sub-contractor negotiations, resource deployment, and cost management in design-build development projects and product manufacturing projects ranging in size from $100,000 to over $3.5 million.
Mr. Hoynowski served as a Fire Control Petty Officer in the United States Navy. His experience includes BMD (Ballistic Missile Defense) Missile Systems Supervisor, CG-73 USS Port Royal, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; AEGIS FCS/ORTS Track II Technician; Distinguished Military Graduate, AEGIS Training & Readiness Center, Dahlgren, Virginia; In addition, he has extensive experience in small arms and technical weaponry and regional experience in Southeast Asia, Arabian Gulf, Africa and the Middle East.
Mr. Hoynowski is a volunteer for the Department of Veteran Affairs, providing compassionate support for his fellow military veterans and their families.
Mr. Hoynowski holds Associate Degrees in Business and Electronics & Electromechanical Devices from Excelsior College (Formerly Regents College).
Mr. Colbert is the President for INV Tech Services, LLC. Mr. Colbert has been an IT Solutions expert for over 20 years with a focus on understanding complex business problems and identifying solutions. His experience is primarily in infrastructure, which spans several technologies; Managed Hosting & Cloud Computing Services; Managed Services & Service Desk; Operational Strategies; Server Virtualization & SAN Storage Solutions; Application Virtualization (RDS, XenApp, App-V); Unified Communications (Collaboration, Messaging, Mobility); Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity planning; Mobile & Remote application access; Data Center infrastructure design & Telecommunications strategies.
Mr. Colbert has been involved in several think-tanks, technology advisory boards, and strategy, mission-based objective consults. He is also an expert in large contractual negotiations, technology-based governmental and corporate procurements, and deployment of operations management and personnel placement after award.
Mr. Colbert holds a number of specialized professional certifications in the following; VMware, Cisco, AWS, ITIL as well as numerous product sales expert certifications. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from The University of Kansas.
Stan Hoynowski serves as the Governmental Procurement Advisor to INV Tech Services, LLC. Over a 30+ year career as the President and founder of S & H Mechanical Contractors, Inc. that was based in Atlanta, GA, a leading General Contractor in the Southeastern United States, Mr. Hoynowski has over three decades of governmental procurement contracting experience. His experience includes solicitations, bid, performance and payment bonding, estimating and sub-contractor management, negotiations and government awards ranging in size from $150,000 to $10M+ for the Army Corps of Engineers, GSA, Department of the Navy, Department of Veteran Affairs, Department of the Army and several other governmental agencies. Mr. Hoynowski is also an expert in large project negotiation, cost and construction project management, scheduling and effective development of construction policies and procedure.
Mr. Hoynowski also served on the board of directors for several organizations, including the AGC (Association of General Contractors) and the MCAA (Mechanical Contractors Association of America).
